The setups I include on this blog are used in conjunction with the 3/10macd and the criteria I ascribe to it as a way to alert me to an existing condition of price. The key concept to take away from this blog is that I try to anticipate what will happen on the higher time frame by using a faster time frame to trigger the trade setup. friday opex

A bloody mess of a day on dismal volume. A sort of day to stay away from and live to fight another day. Though there were some profitable moves in the Ag's like MOS, POT, CF, AGU. Anyway, it looks like things could go either way to start off next week.
Maybe I'll have more to post later, but for now I'll just include the SPY charts.
